The primary purpose of this organization is to provide educational enrichment, in such areas as science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and literacy, to at-risk and/or underrepresented youth and adults in the Greater Cincinnati Area.
About Us
Our Story: E3 was founded 14 years ago with a vision to empower at-risk and underrepresented youth and adults in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Our leadership brings extensive expertise in community organizing, youth engagement, and urban development, driven by the founding principles of equity and inclusion that inspire everything we do.
The Purpose: 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Cincinnati, Ohio, E3 is dedicated to providing educational enrichment in science technology, engineering, mathematics, and literacy.
Our Mission: is to enhance academic skills and personal development through innovative educational programs supportive learning spaces, and scholarships that promote educational advancement.
Theory of Change: E3 embraces a community-driven approach, fostering partnerships with grassroots organizations and stakeholders to create lasting impact and sustainable in our neighborhoods.

Tuskegee Airmen
A Legacy of a Different Kind
The exhibit aims to educate the next generation through collections of books, photographs, paintings, and period material documentary screens that tell the story of the Tuskegee Airmen. The Tuskegee Airmen were America's first Black military airmen, trained initially as pilots, navigators, mechanics, or bombardiers. Tuskegee University was awarded the contract to train these aviators due to its existing airfield and pilot training program.
